Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or LCCI Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting.

Job Description:
  1. Prepare and execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of accounts.
  2. Arrange payment schedules, update and follow up on payment schedules, and submit daily and weekly reports to management. Work closely with management to avoid operational interruptions.
  3. Responsible for auditing financial transactions and controlling accounting documents.
  4. Prepare and report daily sales to the Director and Management.
  5. Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation.
  6. Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters such as audit and GST.
  7. Coordinate with external parties like banks and government agencies regarding account and costing matters.
  8. Prepare daily credit card reconciliation, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions to ensure proper fund disbursement and crediting.
  9. Manage petty cash and process reimbursements.
  10. Prepare bank deposits for counter cash collections.
  11. Assist with quarterly GST submissions and yearly commission statements.
  12. Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, disposals, and write-offs for assets and inventory.
  13. Assist with e-commerce payments.
  14. Organize and file documents.
  15. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and Management.
Job Requirements:
