A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant, Administration to coordinate project delivery with minimal on-site presence. The candidate will ensure timely deliverables, assist the delivery team, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal for those with 0-1 years of project administration experience, this role demands efficiency in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in Project Administration and Project Support.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate delivery of hardware/software to customers.
- Update project revenue tracking systems.
- Submit project artefacts and reports on time.
- Collaborate with PMs/vendors for updates.
- Obtain signed Delivery Orders from customers.
- Secure billing confirmation for invoicing.
- Conduct project closure activities.
- Track chargeable work for billability.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Be flexible for ad hoc duties.
