Job Descriptions:

  • Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
  • Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders
  • Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
  • Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
  • Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
  • Able to independently lead/manage large scale project
  • Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations
  • Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
  • Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering/ Building or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment
  • A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented
