Assist Senior Associate or Director in delegation of job assignments;

Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice;

Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client;

Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance;

Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments;

Specifying the nature and quality of materials required;

Administration of contracts;

Project management and coordination;

Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship;

Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
