Corporate Secretarial Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies
  • Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, IRAS and other statutory boards
  • Liaise and advise clients on company incorporations, company statutory administration, including preparation of resolutions and related matters
  • Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
  • Prepare and submit Annual Return for local companies
  • Preparation of XBRL Report
  • Familiarity with offshore companies incorporation and administration
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients
  • Assist in administrative duties
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Legal or Corporate Secretaryship studies preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm
  • Strong knowledge in Statutory Reporting, filing with ACRA and IRAS and Companies Act
  • Independent, organized and meticulous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word
  • Positive working attitude, pro‑active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
