We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our strategic partnerships in several categories such as: retail, banking and e-commerce for Anghami and OSN+.

The ideal candidate for this role needs to be proactive, results-oriented with an outstanding track record in closing deals.

Job responsibilities:

1. Build strategic partnerships with brands to drive user acquisition or subscriptions revenue growth at scale.
2. Build a pipeline of outbound lead opportunities, create the sales pitch and close deals.
3. Work with a Target and KPIs driven mindset while having the responsibility of forecasting and delivering against forecasts.
4. Develop and build a partner network through targeted outreach and strong project planning & execution.
5. Build and manage new business opportunities with partners to maximize Anghami’s objectives and revenues.
6. Day-to-day follow up on business related matters (marketing activities, commercial agreements review, reporting, invoicing and collections).
7. Work with internal and external marketing teams to define GTM plans promoting existing partnerships or launching new ones.
8. Manage, enhance and strengthen existing partner relationships in your market.
9. Collaborate with the product team to create a seamless user journey and optimize partnership KPIs.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of past sales and partnership management experience in e-commerce, fintech, media agencies, or retail in KSA.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, communications, marketing, or another related area of study.
3. Strong sales, business development and partner management track record.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
6. Strong presentation and communication skills.
7. A team player and collaborator.
8. Experience working in a digital subscription business is a plus.
