Qualifications

• 4+ years of testing and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate design, construction, and execution of test cases/test scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable.
• Implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
• Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
• Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Skills

Familiarity with QA programs and databases

Advanced MS Office skills

Reporting software experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
