Join our fast-paced telecom team in Riyadh! We’re looking for a Telecom/Network Supervisor to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure successful rollout of telecom infrastructure projects in compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and coordinate telecom site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery
- Maintain compliance with STC, Mobily, Zain, and CITC standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance on-site
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment strategies
- 5+ years of telecom site/project supervision in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Hands-on experience with Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE equipment
- Strong knowledge of:
- RAN (Radio Access Network)
- Transmission & Fiber Optics
- Civil & Power Works
- IP Networking
- Degree or diploma in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering
- Work on high-impact telecom projects
