Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary: The Production Manager oversees end‑to‑end production operations, ensuring targets are achieved efficiently, cost‑effectively, and within set timelines. The role involves managing production teams, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with cross‑functional departments, and driving continuous process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and execute the company’s production and operational strategies to achieve annual goals.
Monitor production schedules, track progress, and coordinate workflow across departments.
Identify and resolve production‑related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Manage production floor activities and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure adherence to operational procedures and discipline.
Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
Ensure regular maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Implement lean manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies.
Conduct safety audits and ensure a compliant and hazard‑free work environment.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and output.
Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate material supply and control excess stock.

Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing or related industries.
