A leading manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations. This role involves managing staff performance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in management, with a degree in engineering or industrial management. The position requires a dynamic leader focused on achieving results in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years related experience including at least 4 years in management position.
- If holding a Master's Degree, a minimum of 6 years related experience including at least 3 years in management position.
Responsabilités
- Manage and supervise the operational activities of the company.
- Review manufacturing schedules and determine staffing and raw materials requirements.
- Direct testing during manufacturing to ensure quality standards.
- Develop and implement training and recognition plans for manpower performance.
Connaissances
Formation
Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing the manufacturing activities of company and directing manpower performance. Also, he is responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and proper functioning of all factory equipment, machineries, and tools.
- Manages and supervises the operational activities of Company and directs manpower performance.
- Reviews manufacturing schedules and production orders to determine staffing and raw materials requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments.
- Reviews manufacturing orders from sales department and develops a daily production plan accordingly.
- Directs and controls testing during manufacturing processes to ensure that finished products are fulfilling the approved quality standards.
- Optimizes manpower performance by developing and implementing effective training and recognition plans.
- Ensures that safety systems are maintained and safety procedures are adhered to by all staff.
- Provides technical assistance to all manufacturing departments and subordinates to ensure optimum manpower productivity, product quality, and factory efficiency.
- Recommends and coordinates maintenance plans to ensure the integrity and efficiency of all plant units.
- Establishes procedures for casual and incidental work requirements which fall outside of standard procedures.
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports covering production rates, equipment, and machineries conditions.
Electrical / industrial engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management / Chemical Engineering
B.S Degree minimum 8 years of related experience including at least 04 Years in management position in large or medium size organization, or
Master Degree minimum 6 Years of related experience, including at least 03 Years in management position in large or medium size organization
Thoroughknowledge of Technical and operations procedures
Thorough knowledge of Business & management principles involved in strategic planning.
Thoroughknowledge of Safety and Health principles
Thoroughknowledge of Budget principles and practices.
Intermediate knowledge of Principles & processes for providing customer & personal services.
Thoroughknowledge of Decision Making and problem solving.
Intermediate knowledge of Manpower management/ Planning
