Job OverviewWe want to hire a competent Production Manager to organizeand administer the manufacturing of goods. You will be responsible forthe effective running of all the production units and the quality ofoutput.You must have an extensive understanding of productionprocedures. We expect you to implement some innovative changes in ourcurrent production processes and make them more efficient. You shouldwork together in collaboration with our Quality Control team to ensurethat we manufacture a quality product.You should have excellentcommunication skills. In addition to this, you should also directpersonnel towards utmost performance which will set you apart as aleader. Problem-solving and decision making will take up a great partof your day.If you have a prior experience in managing a manufacturingunit, we certainly would like to have you onboard.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with other managers to formulateobjectives and understand the requirements betterPrepare budgets andestimate the production costs Organize the workflow to meetspecifications and deadlinesResolve issues and monitor productionprocessesAdminister and evaluate the performance of productionpersonnelApprove the purchase of equipment, maintenance worketc.Determine the amount of necessary resources (raw materials,workforce etc)Ensure outputs meet the required quality standardsReportissues, if any, to upper managementEnsure safety and healthprecautions are being followed regularlyRequirementsBA/BSc in BusinessAdministration or related fieldProven work experience as a ProductionManager or similar role in Production industryA better understandingof production managementDeep understanding of health and safetyregulations and quality standardsExperience in reporting on keyproduction metricsKnow-how of budgeting concepts and performanceevaluationExcellent operations management skillsExcellentcommunication skillsAttention to detailExcellent leadership andorganization skillsProficiency in ERP software and MS OfficeStrongdecision-making and problem-solving skills
