Job summary
A leading chocolate manufacturer in Riyadh is seeking a Chocolate Production Worker with at least one year of experience in confectionery labs or chocolate factories. The role involves preparing and melting chocolate, pouring it into molds, and ensuring cleanliness in the workspace. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the chocolate manufacturing process and a commitment to quality. This position offers a professional work environment for skill development.
Qualifications
- At least one year in confectionery labs or chocolate factories.
- Basic knowledge of temperatures and how to maintain the shine of chocolate.
- Full adherence to health standards (wearing gloves and head coverings).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and melt raw chocolate under the supervision of the supervisor.
- Pour chocolate into molds and prepare it for cooling.
- Assist in accurately placing various fillings inside the pieces.
- Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the molds.
- Sort the intact pieces and package them manually or with simple machines.
