A leading telecom services provider is seeking a Telecom Billing Senior Specialist to manage the product catalog and billing cycles effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with departments for timely revenue reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecom billing, along with strong skills in system management and ITIL practices, with a robust understanding of SQL and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage product catalog
• Provide ad-hoc reports
• Run and monitor the billing cycles
• Run and monitor system jobs including rating and CDR processing
• Review and resolve tickets within the target SLA
• Respond to and resolve system alerts and events
• Resolve rating issues on a daily basis
• Work with other departments to deliver billing and revenue reporting
• Monitor system backup and execute restoration tests
• Plan and deploy changes, and execute post-deployment checks
• Monitor system performance and run periodic health checks

Skills

ITIL Certified

Experience with industry best practices

Experience in CDR reconciliation and bulk processing

Experience in product catalog, billing cycle and revenue reporting

Experience with telecom billing

Experience in incident management
