Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize key airport systems, including the Airport Operational Database (AODB) and check-in systems, to streamline processes and ensure seamless integration with other airport functions.
2. Oversee system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions in operations.
3. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within the airport ecosystem.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights into new technologies or upgrades that could enhance airport operations.
5. Develop and implement strategies that align with the overall business goals and the unique requirements of the airport environment.
6. Ensure adherence to international aviation standards, including IATA, ICAO, and ACI, to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold best practices in airport management.
7. Regularly review and implement updates in standards to keep operations aligned with the latest industry protocols.
8. Provide guidance on technical infrastructure requirements, particularly in the context of expanding airport operations or integrating new technologies.
9. Lead and oversee projects related to system upgrades, new technology implementations, or process improvements.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in related technical field.
2. Strong hands-on experience with airport systems, specifically AODB and check-in systems.
3. Comprehensive understanding of international aviation standards, including IATA, ICAO, and ACI.
4. Solid background in business analysis, preferably within the aviation or airport management sector.
5. Proven track record of project management within complex technical environments.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
