• Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in land surveying
• Excellent mathematical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Preparing survey plans for land development projects using modern survey methods and technology
• Collecting data from the field to measure distances, elevations, angles, and coordinates accurately
• Analyzing survey data and preparing maps reflecting land changes over time
• Ensuring all measurements meet professional standards of accuracy and precision
• Maintaining records of survey work in accordance with laws and regulations
