- Manage and oversee all cadastral survey activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and engineering standards.
- Supervise field survey teams, coordinating fieldwork and data collection to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to produce detailed reports, maps, and boundary determinations.
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and development teams to provide insights on land use, zoning, and property rights.
- Ensure all surveying equipment is maintained, calibrated, and updated according to best practices.
- Develop and implement improved survey methodologies and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of survey data, reports, and correspondence.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and landowners, on cadastral matters.
- Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
- A masters degree in real estate is an advantage.
- 5+ year experience in cadastral surveying and land management.
- Proficiency in surveying and GIS software (e.g., Trimble Business Center TBC, Parcel Fabric).
- Experience with geospatial databases and managing the private surveying sector.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
