A leading tech solutions company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Proactive Monitoring Specialist Lead to oversee IT system performance and manage a team of monitoring specialists. This role involves using monitoring tools to analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement proactive measures for system security. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience in leading similar teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are needed.
Qualificações
- Proven experience as a Proactive Monitoring Specialist or similar role.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a team of monitoring specialists.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques.
