Westlakes Recruit are seeking a talented Power Automate and SharePoint Expert to design, develop, and manage automated workflows that enhance business processes and efficiency and manage SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint architecture, customization, administration, and related technologies.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and overseeing SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Development: Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
2. Integration: Connect and integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services such as Power Apps, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support, maintain, and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure seamless operation.
5. Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to end-users on Power Automate and SharePoint features.
6. Solution Implementation: Develop and maintain secure and high-performance SharePoint environments.
7. Customization: Configure and customize SharePoint features to align with business needs.
8. Documentation: Prepare user documentation and technical guides as needed.
9. Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with technical and non-technical teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
2. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integration and workflow automation.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
5. Experience designing solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure.
6. SC Clearance is essential.
