The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the plastic manufacturing sector by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. - Identify and generate new business opportunities in plastics manufacturing.
- Approach potential clients in injection & blow moulding and tool room/moulds segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle: RFQ → Quotation → Trials → Purchase Order.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Conduct regular client visits across KSA to strengthen relationships.
- Represent the company in industry events and client meetings if required.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
