Job summary

TjDeeD Technology is seeking a proactive Solutions Architect to bridge account managers and technical teams in KSA. This role focuses on driving presales efforts and owning technical proposals while collaborating closely with customers to ensure effective solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT solutions and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions presales or solution architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, UEM, cybersecurity, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills (Arabic & English).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver technical presales activities (demos, PoCs, proposals).
  • Maintain fully functional demo environments for key products.
  • Show initiative and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Job description

About the Role:

TjDeeD is looking for a skilled and proactive Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in KSA. This role is a critical link between our account managers and technical delivery teams, helping position and promote our diverse IT solutions portfolio to clients. The ideal candidate will drive presales efforts, deliver engaging demos, and act as the technical owner of proposals and solution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Proposal Ownership

  • Lead and deliver technical presales activities (demos, PoCs, proposals, SOWs) in coordination with account managers
  • Own all proposal submissions related to internal business units or external vendors (for KSA-based opportunities)
  • Ensure all presales deliverables meet SLA timelines with high quality

Customer & Sales Collaboration

  • Present solution overviews clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Actively collect and respond to feedback from customers and sales teams after presales engagement

Technical Readiness

  • Maintain fully functional demo environments for key products including
  • Demonstrate high-level understanding and positioning of the full TjDeeD portfolio
  • Stay technically certified and ready to support all engagements

Leadership & Ownership

  • Show initiative, professionalism, and clear communication with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions presales or solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, UEM, cybersecurity, and automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with demo kit management and customer engagement
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills (Arabic & English)
  • Based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel
