Roles and Responsibilities
- Write and edit product content for publication on e-Commerce websites and portals.
- Establish standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams such as product management, graphics, and sales to provide updated content for e-Commerce platforms.
- Support media marketing activities including PPC, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
- Enhance e-commerce marketing by creating a strong digital presence to boost visibility and sales.
- Analyze product descriptions, placement, and presentation to optimize product listings, coordinating with the product team to secure best-seller items.
- Manage e-commerce operations related to fulfillment, last-mile delivery, stock accuracy, and website performance analysis from a customer relations perspective.
- Identify and implement SEO best practices concerning inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Monitor product sales changes using web analytics and tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to stay organized.
- Multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
