  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets for virtual office and coworking solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the smooth running of coworking spaces.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimise services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Achieve VO & CW sales targets through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Grow lead/referral channels via partnerships with adjacent businesses.
  • Follow up on inquiries, arrange tours, and offer tailored workspace solutions.
  • Conduct daily sales calls and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Secure new clients through targeted outreach and networking.

Client Account & Revenue Management
  • Manage client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

  • Promote VO & CW and increase brand awareness as a company’s ambassador.

Member Experience & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, members, and partners.

Profile
