Overview

To plan and direct the process of Sales and pricing for all solutions and services, which are being sold to water such as NWC, SWCC, and NWPC projects in KSA through local and overseas contractors and maximize their profitability and growth in the market.

Key accountabilities
Strategy Implementation
  • To precise the total potential for this segment and reformulate the strategy to capture the max share of such Market.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the sales strategy, setting objectives, managing Staff performance, to ensure the highest levels of performance are reached and sales targets are being achieved.
Customer Relations
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers to maximize revenues from them and investigate the potential for the provision of additional services.
  • To build and maintain the relation with unique customers
Staff supervision & Development
  • Plan and manage the activities of assigned staff in Water business. Delegate assignments and guide them in their work.
  • Managing performance, development, and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
Sales Budgets
  • Manages the preparation and consolidation of the annual and long-term Operating Expenses and Revenue Budgets for Power projects sales, with emphasis on effective utilization of the sales budget.
  • Monitor the implementation of the sales plan and budget and take corrective action to respond to changes in the business environment.
  • Following up the manufacturing process and delivery schedules of sold items
Sales
  • Establish clear sales channels for the sales and guide the sales executives in the attainment of the sales objectives.
