We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and similar systems. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless deployment, configuration, and operation of our applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform advanced diagnostics to resolve complex problems effectively.
• Oversee application security, monitoring, and performance tuning to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Develop and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other relevant techniques to ensure seamless data flow across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement application enhancements, and provide ongoing support for users.
• Monitor application usage and performance metrics, recommending improvements and optimizations where necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to application administration and management.
• Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize applications effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications administration or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration techniques, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Experience with application security protocols, monitoring tools, and performance tuning strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
