Job description

• Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage, and backup solutions.
• Operate and maintain security systems: EDR, SIEM, IAM, email security, and vulnerability management tools.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain‑level services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune).
• Conduct periodic security audits, patching, and hardening based on cybersecurity standards (e.g., NCA controls).
• Ensure availability and reliability of data center resources and cloud workloads.
• Document procedures, configurations, and incident response actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, AD, M365, and backup technologies.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (SIEM/EDR/IAM concepts).
• Certifications preferred: MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Azure Admin, Security+, CEH.

Experience Required

• 4–6 years in systems administration, infrastructure, or cybersecurity operations.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (on‑prem + cloud) is an advantage.
