Job summary
A prominent luxury interiors firm is seeking a Project Director in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will manage multiple high-end projects, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery. Candidates must have over 20 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry and hold a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Current residency in KSA with a transferable visa is preferred.

A leading High End Luxury interiors and fit-out organisation with presence in MENA, Europe and Americas is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee the on time, on budget delievry of a number of projects in KSA. The ideal person will have large scale experience in high end and luxury fit-out and interiors for high rise, hotels.
- Oversee on time, on budget delivery of multiple projects in KSA.
- Manage high end large scale fit-out and interiors for high rise buildings and hotels.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in the Construction and / or Fit out industry managing high end large scale projects.
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Preference for candidates who are currently based in KSA and have a transferable visa.
