Job Overview

The Engineering Manager – Piping Systems (Nonmetallic) leads and oversees the engineering team to deliver high‑quality technical solutions, processes, products, and projects. This role is responsible for managing engineering operations, setting technical direction, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring engineers. The Engineering Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects and products are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives while driving continuous improvement across engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as PMP, PE) are an advantage.
