Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the CDO Office Manager's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages, filtering, and prioritizing information for the CDO Office Manager.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and providing information.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for the CDO Office, ensuring efficient access to documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Organize and prepare meeting rooms and materials for the CDO Office’s meetings.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external projects led by the CDO Office Manager.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters.
  • Exercise discretion and professional judgment in dealing with stakeholders and confidential information.
  • Manage the petty cash and administrative budget for the CDO Office division.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment need.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
