We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for an aviation project in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, solution implementation, and stakeholder coordination within technical environments. The role requires hands‑on leadership and the ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT solution implementation projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and track project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular progress updates with clients and management teams.
- Oversee documentation, requirements gathering, and quality assurance processes.
- Resolve project issues, roadblocks, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards and best practices where applicable.
- 10–15 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong background in solution implementation, ICT projects, or application/ERP deployment.
- Experience working in the aviation or transportation sector is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP/Prince2 is an advantage).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Arabic speaking is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer/contractor.
