Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for an aviation project in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project delivery, solution implementation, and stakeholder coordination within technical environments. The role requires hands‑on leadership and the ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT solution implementation projects.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and track project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within scope and budget.
• Conduct regular progress updates with clients and management teams.
• Oversee documentation, requirements gathering, and quality assurance processes.
• Resolve project issues, roadblocks, and escalations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards and best practices where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10–15 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in solution implementation, ICT projects, or application/ERP deployment.
• Experience working in the aviation or transportation sector is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills (PMP/Prince2 is an advantage).
