We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of People and Culture to join our organization in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing our human resources strategy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement and development.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all HR functions
  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Design and oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning programs
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to optimize workforce capabilities
  • Spearhead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address strategic HR challenges and opportunities
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators
  • Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational development and transformation initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven track record in organizational development and cultural transformation
  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Change management experience and adaptability to dynamic business environments
  • Saudi nationality is required for this position
