Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer role is based in Riyadh and will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies. This role involves handling employee relations, HR documentation, system data management (SAP SuccessFactors), and government portal activities (Qiwa, GOSI). The ideal candidate is a Saudi National with strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employment contracts and employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, separations).
  • Monitor attendance and leave records to ensure compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage contractual activities on Qiwa and social insurance transactions via GOSI.
  • Oversee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and renewals.
  • Prepare official HR letters and documentation.
  • Support training coordination and employee development initiatives.
  • Contribute to performance management, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective HR service delivery.
