Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 5-7 years of experience in construction management, particularly in the Food and Beverage sector. Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, at least 3 years in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction.
  • Proven experience managing BOQ and costing across Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage contractors and consultants for smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
