We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling, and business strategy assessments to drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent data analysis capabilities, and a passion for strategic planning.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
2. Track and analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and economic indicators to support strategic planning.
3. Gather insights from internal and external data sources to drive informed business decisions.
4. Analyze KPIs, revenue drivers, and operational efficiency metrics to identify trends and optimization areas.
5. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations and profitability.
6. Assist in strategic planning, business case development, and scenario analysis for new opportunities.
7. Support the leadership team with presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate strategic insights.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key strategic projects and initiatives.
9. Collaborate across teams to turn strategy into action plans while tracking and adjusting OKRs to align with company goals.
10. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
11. Assist in developing frameworks to measure business performance and strategic execution.

Qualifications, experience, and skills

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related fields.
2. 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or a related role.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key insights.
5. Excellent research and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Ability to multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
