Your Job

We are looking for a Document Controller. The role will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Our Team

This position will be part of the Order Execution Team supporting the Project Manager (PM).

What You Will Do

• Support and update the Order Entry Process as required by PMs
• Coordinate with Accounting
• Coordinate job closure activities
• Send, receive, and maintain all contractual documentation from/to clients and involved suppliers
• Create final documentation
• Keep project folders organized
• Expedite clients/suppliers to prepare/revise contractual documents
• Review packing lists and update order entries in company software
• Ensure archives are structured and accessible (user-friendly)
• Store documents in the job folder

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Previous experience as a document controller
• Experience working with EPC or OEM companies and high-spec projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Educational background in engineering
