As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, values accuracy, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, healthcare-focused digital environment. • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Input marketing, campaign, and performance data for healthcare and wellness clients
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all data sources
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Perform routine data checks and corrections to maintain high-quality records
• Follow established data entry standards and procedures
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to support ongoing projects
• Assist with data preparation for reports, dashboards, and client deliverables
• Communicate clearly regarding data issues or discrepancies
• Maintain well-organized digital files and records
• Help document data processes and updates as needed
• Learn internal tools, workflows, and data systems
• Look for opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles (internships or part-time roles accepted)
• Experience handling spreadsheets or basic databases is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus

• Strong typing and data entry accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Basic familiarity with online databases, CRM systems, or CMS platforms is an advantage
• Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and remote systems

• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with basic data validation and formatting
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Clear written communication skills
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow

• Experience working with marketing or analytics data
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
