PCS Modality Leader - Maternal Infant Care MESA

Job Description Summary
As Modality Leader, this position will drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed order & sales targets for Maternal Infant Care (MIC) business in the designated zone. Will act as the go-to person for all topics related to the MIC modality across segments and will report to the General Manager Maternal Infant Care & Centricity Perinatal EAGM.

Job Description
  • The Maternal & Infant Care (MIC) Modality Leader is responsible for the commercial success in MESA (Middle East & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
  • Managing portfolio profitability from top line to sales, margin & operating profit.
  • Establish & coordinate with EAGM HQ in rolling out initiatives, NPI launches & growth strategies in developing the segment.
  • Work closely with channel partners to build, deploy & execute strategies, marketing programs, and improve market visibility.
  • Responsible for product positioning based on market & product segmentation, understanding market/competitive dynamics, and building value propositions with marketing support to drive differentiators.
  • Build KOL relationships, develop strong promoters, manage customer relations & satisfaction. Be the expert go-to person for MIC modality with channel partners.
  • Own the funnel of opportunities, develop strategies for big deals, and be accountable for accurate quarterly/yearly forecasting. Manage the entire P&L including Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin, Base Costs, and Operating Margin.
  • Work effectively in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams, demonstrating horizontal team player behavior.
  • Continuously develop deep clinical and technical knowledge, including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and funding mechanisms.
Qualifications/Requirements & Desired Characteristics
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Deep experience in medical devices and solutions sales and/or clinical marketing, ideally in NICU and L&D markets.
  • Experience in sales/marketing management within the healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare markets and decision makers.
  • Proven leadership of both direct and indirect teams.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively across cultures.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing in a matrix organization.
  • Strong track record in high technology product sales/solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment with a customer-first attitude.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel within KSA and Middle East countries.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
