Job Description:
Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
Provide administrative support to various teams, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
Maintain the database and update client records with precision.
Assist with travel arrangements and reservations when necessary.
Ensure the office is organized and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general support to the management team as needed.
