Job summary

A specialized plastic solutions company in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quality Control Inspector responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and reporting results. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

  • Check the line startup and finish goods as per sampling plan.
  • Conduct on-line monitoring for quality of manufacturing finish goods.
  • Conduct laboratory testing as per testing sheet and sampling plan.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials before production.
  • Conduct random inspections for production lines as needed.
  • Involve in validation of new raw materials and machines.
  • Report non-conforming products and hold them.
  • Report daily monitoring results to QC supervisor.
  • Collect daily retained samples for each line and product.
  • Follow quality standards, SOPs and guidelines.
  • Participate in updating systems and compliance.
  • Lift 15Kg of load with safety precautions.
