Overview

Hala is seeking aproactive and organized Expense Management Assisted Onboarding Specialistto ensure a seamless experience for businesses adoptingHala Control. This role focuses on assisting customers in onboarding, resolving setup challenges, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience inexpense management, corporate finance, or fintech, with strong operational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide businesses throughHala Controlonboarding, ensuring they successfully set up their expense management system.
  • Assist customers in linking their corporate accounts, uploading necessary documents, and ensuring compliance withfinancial regulations.
  • Work closely with the compliance team tovalidate business KYCand documentation.
  • Support customers in setting upspend controls, team budgets, and card issuance.
  • Ensure seamless integration withHala payments, accounting tools, and business finance workflows.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with theproduct and tech teamsto address common onboarding challenges and improve the user experience.
  • Updatecustomer onboarding status, issues, and feedbackin the CRM system.

Requirements

  • +1 Year experience in Sales/ assisted on boarding in banking or fintech
  • Strongcustomer service and onboarding experience, preferably in fintech or corporate financial services.
  • Familiarity withcompliance processesrelated to business onboarding and financial transactions.
  • Experience withexpense management tools, CRM systems, and operational workflows.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing a large volume of customer requests efficiently.

Preferred:

Saudi ,Experience inB2B financial products, corporate finance, or expense management solution
