We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to manage and grow our presence across modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will drive sales execution, lead a field team, and ensure strong market coverage and customer relationships.
Supervise and lead sales representatives across assigned territories.
Drive sales performance across modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale channels.
Ensure proper product distribution, visibility, and availability.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Implement company sales strategies and ensure target achievement.
Support team training, development, and daily operations.
Ensure collection targets are met and customer accounts are managed properly.
3 -5 years of FMCG sales experience across modern, traditional, and wholesale channels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Results-driven with a good understanding of market dynamics.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
