Role Overview:
The Project Manager will lead the site supervision team, coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire site supervision team.
• Coordinate daily with the client, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in construction supervision and project management for similar high-profile developments.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
