Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis to address critical business issues and generate actionable insights, with a specific focus on BSS transformation and B2B digital enablement within telecom operators.
- Support the execution of key workstreams related to digital BSS platform design, customer journey transformation, enterprise product catalog development, operating model redefinition, and business case creation for telecom B2B services.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture and analyze detailed requirements across B2B value chains particularly in areas such as lead-to-order, order-to-cash, and service assurance processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and future-ready BSS solutions that enable B2B service innovation (e.g., self-service portals, CPQ tools, usage-based billing, contract management).
- Facilitate change management in the context of BSS modernization and digital transformation programs, identifying resistance points and enabling alignment across commercial, operations, and technology teams.
- Support the deployment of continuous improvement practices within telecom BSS domains to drive automation, reduce time-to-market, and improve enterprise customer experience.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and capability-building programs focused on BSS platforms, processes, and tools, enabling clients to fully adopt new operating models and digital capabilities.
- Ensure successful transformation outcomes by actively supporting stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and post-implementation support for telecom B2B and enterprise-focused BSS initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
- Telecom Sector experience
- Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
- Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.
Preferable Qualifications:
- MBA or graduate-level degree in related field
- Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.
- Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, Beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
