A leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Director of Leasing to maximize occupancy and negotiate lease agreements. The role involves developing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with leasing laws. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Manage lease negotiations with new and existing tenants, ensuring favorable terms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support property promotions and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and property managers.
Prepare regular leasing performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
Oversee leasing team performance, training, and goal setting.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory leasing requirements.
Support property development by providing leasing input in planning stages.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
12+ years of leasing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of leasing laws, contracts, and commercial real estate trends.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in lease management software and Microsoft Office tools.
