The Manager leads partnerships and investments to grow RUA s real estate and hospitality portfolio, managing deals, team leadership and stakeholder relations in line with strategy and compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and secure strategic partnerships and investment opportunities that align with RUA s business objectives.
- Oversee the evaluation of potential partners and investors, conducting in-depth due diligence, risk assessments, and structuring deals to ensure value creation and long-term success.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and strategic goals while mitigating risks and maximizing returns.
- Drive investment decisions by reviewing and analyzing financial models, feasibility studies, and market assessments, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Establish and manage a framework for monitoring partnership performance, utilizing key metrics such as ROI analysis, operational KPIs, and strategic alignment to ensure continued value delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, government entities, and strategic partners, to foster collaboration and unlock new opportunities.
- Lead the partnerships & BD team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, development opportunities, and support to enhance their capabilities and drive team performance.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal departments and external partners, facilitating efficient information flow and workflow management.
- Prepare and present detailed periodic reports and market insights to the senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations for business growth and risk mitigation.
- Conduct continuous industry and market research, analyzing trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance RUA s competitive positioning.
- Adapt partnership and business development strategies in response to evolving regulatory frameworks, ensuring full compliance while leveraging new regulatory opportunities.
- Represent RUA at key industry events, forums, and conferences, actively networking to establish relationships that drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
- Ensure business plans and partnership initiatives align with company goals, delivering measurable impact on revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Adherence and Compliance:
- Lead and direct the effective design and implementation of RUA s Business Development policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high-quality, cost-effective services.
