Key Responsibilities

• Extract, query, and validate data from databases using SQL to support operational and management reporting.
• Prepare, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze inventory and warehouse capacity data to identify trends, gaps, and operational issues, and perform root cause analysis for ad-hoc problems.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support operational and management decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI to monitor performance and track key operational metrics.
• Support system implementation and enhancement initiatives by assisting with requirements clarification, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
• Assist in workflow automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• SQL: Basic to intermediate proficiency for data extraction, querying, and reporting.
• Microsoft Excel: Proficient with advanced formulas and basic VBA for automation.
• Power BI: Experience in dashboard development, reporting, and performance tracking.
• JavaScript: Basic knowledge for scripting, automation, and system integration (primarily in Google Apps Script).
