Job summary

A leading talent acquisition firm is seeking an experienced candidate for a role focused on managing production testing issues in the semiconductor industry. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient in both Mandarin and English, and be willing to travel internationally. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in power IC testing is a plus.
  • Willing to travel to China and worldwide subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve production testing problems.
  • Import solutions from MPS factory to subcon testing factory.
  • Collaborate closely for quality and efficiency improvements.

Skills

Analog/Digital circuit knowledge
Programming in C
Good communication skills in Mandarin
Good communication skills in English

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant
