We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Customer Service Analyst to enhance our technical support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to assist users effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide first-level technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related issues.
Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly.
️ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate as necessary.
Maintain documentation of solutions and user interactions in the knowledge base.
Collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery processes.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role or similar capacity.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean (Minimum TOPIK 4)
