About the role

As a Front Desk Admin Clerk , you will serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming communications, and performing general administrative duties to support office operations.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain and update the company's filing systems and records.

Schedule appointment bookings, manage the meeting rooms schedule and front lobby area.

Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, printing, and other clerical duties.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Coordinate with service providers (e.g couriers, maintenance).

Support HR and Admin departments in maintaining records.

Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

Min. SPM.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with staffs of all levels.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office and Google drive.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language will be an added preference.

Must be punctual, reliable and demonstrate strong customer service ethics.
