• Perform a variety of tests on prototypes, products, and materials to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Set up and calibrate testing equipment and ensure it is properly maintained for optimal performance.
• Record test data accurately, analyze results, and prepare detailed test reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, working closely with engineers to suggest solutions and improvements.
• Assist engineers in product development, testing, and validation processes.
• Maintain and update testing logs, documentation, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure smooth product testing and development processes.

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing or technical roles, preferably in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
• Preferable experience in generator.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining test equipment.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and data analysis.
• Familiarity with quality standards and product testing procedures.
• Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Ability to clearly document and report test results and collaborate with team members.
