They primarily produce reliable tools for the power tool industry, with their headquarters based in the USA. Their company is located at Pekan Nanas, Johor.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures across production or service processes.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues through data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and support external audits when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality processes, including inspection reports, SOPs, and corrective action logs.
  • Assist in managing non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and recommend improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001), inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
