Job Description
In your new role, you will:

- Be in charge of internal audits and coordinate audits until the closure of findings or observations.
- Serve as the Lead Auditor for Infineon Kulim.
- Act as the SME for QMS.
- Support and prepare quality reports.
- Conduct internal events and support 5S audits.

Tasks:
- Maintain audit databases, ensure closed-loop corrective actions, and follow up on improvements.
- Verify customer/internal audit and certification deviations, and oversee their closure.
- Support coordination for customer and certification audits, including completing questionnaires, preparing customer profiles, briefing auditees, and ensuring the agreement on agendas and availability.
- Act as an internal 5S auditor and trainer, and as SME for Management Systems (QMS) for operational specialists and audit improvement.

Your Profile
You are best suited for this role if you have:
- A degree in Science or Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF16949 standards, systems, process, and 5S audits.
- Ability to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF16949 certification requirements.
