Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration with application, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration with application, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams
  • Work together with Unit process Development experts to define process requirements and optimization with process modules
  • Set up new Process of Records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration)
  • Plan (using Design of Experiment technique), coordinate and evaluate experiments
  • Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline
  • Define and design test structure for process control, assess the data and correlate to process and device characteristics
  • Perform electrical device measurement & characterizations
  • Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, material engineering or other relevant studies
  • 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for example process integration, technology development or TCAD simulation
  • Experience with power device characterization and modeling
  • Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player
