Job Overview:

Think Academy is currently seeking an enthusiastic and efficientCoordinatorto join our HR team, focusing on full-cycle recruiting activities to support our expanding team. This remote position is based in Malaysia and offers a great opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of recruitment experience. The role involves managing job postings, sourcing candidates, resume screening, coordinating the interview process, and conducting initial interviews. This position is available as an internship or contract role, with potential for conversion to a regular full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting Management: Craft and post job listings on various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referral programs.

Resume Screening: Evaluate applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates that meet job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct Interviews: Participate in initial interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and providing timely feedback.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and assist in making informed hiring decisions.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

Additional Information:

This position is remote, allowing for flexible work hours that accommodate the needs of global recruitment activities. The role requires frequent communication with candidates and team members, primarily in English.
